Bharat Gas provided WhatsApp booking facility

 Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has announced the introduction of the service of booking LPG through WhatsApp across the country for the convenience of customers.  The company has 7.10 crore LPG customers.  BPCL said that from Tuesday, customers of Bharat Gas (LPG brand name of BPCL) across the country can book cooking gas cylinders from anywhere through WhatsApp.

 The company has said that it has started a new WhatsApp business channel for cylinder booking.  The company said that this booking on WhatsApp can be done on BPCL smartline number 1800224344 from the mobile number registered with the customer's company.

 You can pay by debit, credit card, UPI, Amazon app


 T. Pithambaram, the company's executive director in-charge of LPG, said that after booking through WhatsApp, the customer will get the message of booking.  Along with this, he will get a link on which he can also pay through debit or credit card, UPI and other payment apps like Amazon.  He said that the company is also looking at new steps like keeping an eye on LPG delivery and taking their feedback from customers.  In the coming days, the company will provide more facilities along with security awareness to the customers.

 BPCL's marketing director Arun Singh released this app, saying that this provision of booking LPG through WhatsApp will make customers more comfortable.  WhatsApp has now become quite common among the common people.  Whether young or old, everyone uses it and with this new start we will get closer to our customers.

भारत गैस ने दी WhatsAppबुकिंग की सुविधा

भारत पेट्रोलियम कार्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (बीपीसीएल) ने ग्राहकों की सुविधा के लिए देशभर में WhatsApp के जरिए रसोई गैस बुकिंग करने की सेवा शुरू करने की घोषणा कर दी है। कंपनी के 7.10 करोड़ एलपीजी ग्राहक हैं। बीपीसीएल ने कहा कि मंगलवार से भारत गैस (बीपीसीएल का एलपीजी ब्रांड नाम) के देशभर में मौजूद ग्राहक कहीं से भी WhatsApp के जरिए खाना पकाने का गैस सिलेंडर बुक करा सकते हैं।

बुकिंग के लिए व्हट्एएप नंबर जारी

कंपनी ने कहा है कि उसने सिलेंडर बुकिंग के लिए एक नया WhatsApp बिजनेस चैनल की शुरुआत की है। कंपनी ने कहा कि व्हट्सएप पर यह बुकिंग बीपीसीएल स्मार्टलाइन नंबर 1800224344 पर ग्राहक के कंपनी के पास रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर से हो सकती है।

डेबिट, क्रेडिट कार्ड, यूपीआई, अमेजन ऐप से कर सकते हैं पैमेंट

कंपनी के एक्जीक्युटिव डायरेक्टर एलपीजी के प्रभारी टी. पीतांबरम ने कहा कि WhatsApp के जरिए बुकिंग करने के बाद ग्राहक को बुकिंग होने का संदेश प्राप्त होगा। इसके साथ ही एक लिंक भी उसे प्राप्त होगा जिस पर वह डेबिट अथवा क्रेडिट कार्ड, यूपीआई और अमेजन जैसे अन्य भुगतान ऐप के जरिए भुगतान भी कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कंपनी इसके साथ ही एलपीजी डिलिवरी पर नजर रखने और ग्राहकों से उसके बारे में उनकी प्रतिक्रिया लेने जैसे नए कदमों पर भी गौर कर रही है। आने वाले दिनों में कंपनी ग्राहकों को सुरक्षा जागरुकता के साथ ही और सुविधाएं भी प्रदान करेगी।

बीपीसीएल के मार्केटिंग डायरेक्टर अरुण सिंह ने इस ऐप को जारी करते हुए कहा कि WhatsApp के जरिए एलपीजी बुकिंग करने के इस प्रावधान से ग्राहकों को और आसानी होगी। WhatsApp अब आम लोगों के बीच काफी सामान्य हो चला है। चाहे युवा हो या फिर बुजुर्ग सभी इसका इस्तेमाल करते हैं और इस नई शुरुआत से हम अपने ग्राहकों के और करीब पहुंचेंगे।
